Things to know before booking Gardaland tickets

  • Access to Gardaland park: A basic entry ticket grants access only to Gardaland. With this ticket, you can visit its rides and attractions as many times as you like, no cap! 
  • 1-Day vs. 2-Day Gardaland tickets: Gardaland offers two ticket options: the 1-Day entry for a single day of fun and the 2-Day entry for twice the adventure. If you’re ​staying longer and want to double the excitement, or if you prefer to explore the park at your own pace, the 2-Day Entry lets you experience more of the adrenaline, adventure, fantasy, and a variety of shows.
  • Fast-track pass: Gardaland Express, also known as the fast-track pass, allows you to access the designated rides and attractions with a reduced waiting time. If you’re someone who hates long queues or is short of time, this is a great opportunity for you to consider.
  • Access to SEA LIFE and Legoland: Tickets to Gardaland do not include entry to ​SEA LIFE and ​LEGOLAND® Water Park. There is also no individual ticket to LEGOLAND®, and you must buy Gardaland tickets and purchase LEGOLAND® tickets as add-ons. On the other hand, you can purchase exclusive SEA LIFE tickets separately without Gardaland entry or choose a combined ticket for both experiences.
  • Gardaland Magic Winter: ​Gardaland Magic Winter runs from 7 December 2024 to 6 January 2025, featuring festive decorations, treats, and Christmas-themed shows. Book tickets online early, especially for peak dates.
  • Verona card types: The Gardaland Park + Verona Card ticket offers two options: a 24-hour Verona city pass or a 48-hour pass. Select the duration that best suits your plans based on how many attractions you intend to visit in Verona.
  • Age restrictions: LEGOLAND® Water Park is strictly for minors below 18. Children below 14 years must be accompanied by two adults (maximum). Adults won’t be allowed in without a valid ID.

Best time to visit: The summer season (from June-August) can get very crowded. In the fall, winter and spring (September to May), the weather is better and the park is less crowded, so consider visiting then.

  • Popular rides: Ensure to cover all the top rides like Jumanji - The Adventure, Blue Tornado, Fuga da Atlantide, and Mammut.
  • Protect pour phone: Take along a waterproof pouch to safeguard your smartphone on the water rides. 
  • Time needed: Half a day is the minimum time needed for you to visit at least the main attractions of the park.
  • Get the app: Download the official app so that you can discover all the points of interest and keep up to date on the waiting times of the attractions and shows.
  • Spare clothing: Carry a change of attire if you intend get on the water rides.
Gardaland Park Rules
  • Access to each ride is subject to certain height, age, and health restrictions.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • If you want to leave the Park momentarily and return later in the day, you can have a "pass" stamp affixed at the entrance/exit turnstiles.
  • Outside food and beverages, alcohol, and glassware are not permitted in the park.
  • Entry with bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, etc. is prohibited.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the park except in designated smoking areas.
  • Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and, if large, must also wear a muzzle. They are not allowed on the rides and cannot enter shows.

Frequently asked questions about Gardaland tickets

What do Gardaland tickets include?

A standard Gardaland ticket includes entry just to the amusement park. Combo tickets, if availed, also afford entry to SEA LIFE Aquarium, ​LEGOLAND® Water Park and other Verona attractions.

Are discounts available on Gardaland tickets?

Children under the height of 1 m can enter the park for free. Guests with disabilities can enter free of charge and their companions can avail reduced entry tickets. Further, tour agents (a maximum of 4 per agency) as well as people who are clearly pregnant can also avail reduced entry tickets.

What is the cancelation policy for Gardaland tickets?

Tickets, once cancelled, will not be refunded. Further, due to unforeseen events like rain, power failure, discontinuation of rides, etc. the tickets will not be refunded or rescheduled for use at a later date.

Is the access to SEA LIFE included in my ticket?

Your standard tickets won't provide access to SEA LIFE Aquarium, but if you'd like to visit the aquarium along with Gardaland, you can opt for the ​Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium tickets.

Do I need to book tickets for shows and attractions separately?

No, admission to shows and attractions is included in the Gardaland ticket price.

Are there fast track passes available to skip the lines for rides?
