It is a bit complicated to locate the information office and (in all of Italy) it is difficult to find information/documents in English.

It was nice not having to stand in line and getting free admission to all of the sights. Easy to use and welcomed by each venue.

In the morning the waiting to buy the tickets was quite long, with our skip the line ticket we were in 1 minute inside. Afternoon, i noticed that line was not long, so it would not take long time to buy the ticket.

What a great way to see the city in a day!! We were greeted by the kindest people to obtain our cards. They gave us all of the information we needed plus a map with numbered activities that were included as well as discounted with the card. Highly recommended the Verona card to anyone looking to explore Verona for the first time!

I am very dissatisfied and feel I have been fooled. The tickets were on the date of Monday, and once I arrived it turns out that the arena and museum that the ticket was valid for are not open on Monday (the date the tickets were on). The ladies at the front desk could not help me, I hope something can be done on behalf of your company. If not , I do not recommend it to anyone and I will never buy my tickets through headout again. 58 euros wasted.

The online sale is a pure scam!!!! We ordered tickets for the Arena in Verona and the sales confirmation said that these were exactly the tickets we wanted. At the tourist information office we were told that the arena had been closed for months for restoration work and that we had bought a 24h Verona Card. The worst thing is that we could not cancel the ticket, which is common practice with other sales portals. We will share our bad experience with all our friends and acquaintances so that they don't fall into the same trap!!!
