How many times can I use the fast-track lane on a single ride?

Unlimited. The ‘No Limits’ name is accurate, you can use fast-track access on any covered ride as many times as you like throughout the day. There is no per-ride cap.

Do I need to print the voucher?

No. The pass is managed entirely through the Gardaland Express app using the QR code from your digital voucher. However, Gardaland notes that if the QR code cannot be read or has been lost, fast-track access cannot be guaranteed, so keep a screenshot as backup.

What happens if a ride is closed on the day?

Some attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or technical issues. The park does not guarantee access to every covered ride on any given day. If a ride is closed, the pass cannot be used on that attraction that day.

Can I share the pass with another person in my group?

No. The pass is strictly personal and non-transferable. Each visitor who wants fast-track access needs their own pass.

What is the validity period of the pass?

The pass is valid only on the specific day of your visit, and your visit must take place on or before 1 November 2026. It cannot be used across multiple days.

Can I change or cancel after purchase?

No. Once purchased, the pass type cannot be changed, and it is non-refundable. Make sure you’ve selected the correct date before completing your booking.

Does fast-track access cover all rides in the park?

The pass covers 17 named attractions as listed at time of publication. Not every ride or attraction in the park may be included. Check the full attraction list on the Gardaland Express app when you import your pass.
